1. Tear off about 8-10 squares of bathroom tissue and stack them on top of each other. You can use more or less squares depending on how thick the tissue is and how puffy you want your image. Moisten the paper in the sink. You will want to get it pretty wet.
2. Lay the bathroom tissue stack on your stamp. Press image into stamp. Use your fingers to push paper into the details.
3. While the paper is wet, tear sides for uneven edges or use the side of the stamp to tear straight edges on your image.
4. Using a dry towel or paper towels, press onto image to soak up excess water. Try to get as much water out as you can.
5. Carefully remove image from stamp and let dry.
After the papercast is dry, you can color these with chalks, inks, or other mediums. I used ink pads and a sponge dauber on mine!

I'm totally in love with this technique! Why don't you give it a try! If you do, please send me a picture of it or come back here to tell me how you liked it!

Stamps: Oval All

As you can see, I used a variety of paper from the Sweet Always DSP pack. I was also able to use a few different colors from the DSP to coordinate the flap with the photo and birth info! I am one of those people that has a hard time making a lot of just one project so it helped me to be able to change it up a bit! The inside was printed on my computer using the RGB codes for Stampin' UP!'s Chocolate Chip. Here are the details..
